Armor’s Tom Hay also earns North American Salesperson of the Year honors
Arnold, MO. — Armor Equipment has earned the 2026 IBAK North American Dealer of the Year Award, and Tom Hay has been named the 2026 IBAK North American Salesperson of the Year. Both awards were presented at the 2026 dealer meeting in Kiel, Germany.
The Dealer of the Year Award is the program’s highest dealer recognition. Selection considers overall sales, sales per capita within the dealer’s territory, product knowledge and training, the range of products sold, customer development, and commitment to representing RapidView and IBAK.
“This recognition reflects the work our team puts into helping customers choose the right equipment and keep it working,” said Tripp Manheimer, president of Armor Equipment. “We’re proud of the team behind this award, and especially proud to see Tom recognized across North America. He takes the time to understand his customers’ work and help them get more from their equipment.”
Hay, Armor’s territory sales manager for central and western Iowa, first earned Midwest Regional Salesperson of the Year honors. He was then selected for the North American award from five regional winners. The award considers sales performance and sales per capita, product knowledge, product range, development of municipal and contractor customers, and representation of RapidView and IBAK in the marketplace.
“I’m grateful to the customers who trust me with their equipment needs and to the Armor team that helps me take care of them,” said Hay. “Understanding what a crew needs in the field is where it starts. Having the right equipment and people behind it makes the difference.”
Armor offers IBAK sewer inspection equipment through its relationship with RapidView, which distributes and services IBAK camera inspection systems in North America.
